Joshua 1:9 Wallpaper

Spoken as Joshua succeeds Moses to lead Israel into the promised land, this verse ties courage to God's presence rather than to Joshua's own ability. The command "be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed" rests on the promise that follows it — "the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest." It's a favorite for new beginnings and any daunting step forward.

Joshua 1:9 is from the King James Version, first published in 1611 (this is the 1769 Blayney text, which is what almost every modern KJV edition reproduces). The verse text is public domain, so you can put it on a wallpaper, print it, or share it with no permission needed and no attribution required.
