How does it work?
Three passes over the same verse. Read it whole, then put back about a quarter of the words, then about half. Only the words that carry the verse are hidden — never “the” or “of”.
Can I practise my own verses?
Yes. Anything you keep in the app appears at the top of the picker, marked “kept”. Everything is stored on your own device and never sent anywhere.
What is a good verse to memorize first?
A short one you already half-know. Psalm 23:1, John 3:16 and Philippians 4:13 are the usual starting points, and all three are in the list below.
